BODY OVERVIEW:
This ’53 Chevy keeps the timeless 3100 lines but sits lower, meaner, and cleaner. The body is straight and well-aligned with tight panel gaps, and the smoothed firewall adds to the clean, high-end custom appearance. Details like the beautifully done custom tilt hood, highly customized aero-inspired bed, and custom-built solid bed cover make it clear this is no backyard build—this is a high-level restomod with real craftsmanship behind it. The Frenched lights are a nice, classic touch and the suicide doors with shaved handles were certainly no easy feat. With the subtle, sweeping body lines and integrated bed cover spoiler, this 3100 looks like it’s moving even when parked! When we say custom, we mean custom–between the fully custom bed, customized front fenders, custom tailgate, raised bed floor, and everything else above, there is scarcely a panel on this truck that hasn’t been modified in one way or another! The build quality on this vehicle speaks for itself, and the pictures truly do not do it justice.
PAINT CONDITION OVERVIEW:
The Harley-Davidson Light Candy Cherry finish is nothing short of classy. It’s glossy, deep, and professionally finished, showing extremely well with minimal wear from use. It pops in sunlight and isn’t overwhelmingly bright, but it is sure to draw a crowd just about anywhere. Being a fairly fresh build, imperfections are at an extreme minimum.
INTERIOR CONDITION OVERVIEW:
Inside, it’s all custom luxury that matches the tasteful custom exterior. The custom black & cherry Cayman upholstery covers the seats, door panels, headliner, and even the steering wheel. Tunes are courtesy of a Memphis hidden Bluetooth stereo, with nothing visible but the controller. The central focus of the console is the Ridetech air suspension controller, which is very intuitive and has 3 presets for different ride heights. The modern seats add comfort, while the tasteful aftermarket gauges, tilt column, and custom center console elevate the driving experience. No rips, no scuffs—just clean, high-quality craftsmanship throughout. But the best part? All of this has been done in a very tasteful manner that pays tribute to the original design of the truck, but brings it into the 21st century as well! Modern vents look right at home in the dash, and at a quick glance even the modern gauges may go unnoticed.
